christmas was very nice. i hope you all had a great one as well. i only took a few pictures. 
i'll post the rest behind a cut. the only bad part was that allie was disappointed that she didn't get the camcorder she asked her dad for...but hold on folks....he got her uno attack which of course, every 16 year old girl wants. oh, and a $25 gift certificate to black angus which looks like it was a leftover from one of his golf tournaments. whatever. can you say not a lot of thought put into his daughter's gifts?
anyhoo, she loved all the stuff she got from me. of course. *snicker*
allie gave me a new computer chair. yay! no more creaky old chair. i also got more perfume and the chicago dvd. allen got me a wireless optical keyboard and mouse set, a rechargeable battery charger and a 10 pack of vhs tapes for all my recording needs. oh, and my sister and brother-in-law got both allie and i a membership for la fitness, which is fantastic because i need to start working out and get back in shape.
we spent most of the day at my sister's house playing the new trivial pursuit pop culture dvd game that allie got and the scene it dvd game that my sis gave the whole family. i kicked their asses. ha!
in the afternoon allen and i wanted to see cold mountain, but turns out it wasn't starting until today. so we went to see paycheck instead. BIG MISTAKE. it's only the second movie in my life that i have walked out of. piece of crap.
today we saw cold mountain and i loved it. very good adaptation of the book.
i love that i still have the whole weekend off. we are about to start another round of the trivial pursuit game, so excuse me while i go pour a glass of wine and kick some more ass!
