Oct. 12th, 2005 01:27 pmi just called to see if they got the part and the guy started listing all this other stuff they were doing to it (in addition to the master cylinder) and i was all whoa, whoa, whoa, my dad didn't say anything about that, i'm on a budget here and then he said don't worry about it, your dad's got it covered.
i'm in shock. the guy said my dad told him to do a safety inspection and fix up anything that needed work. THAT MUST'VE BEEN A LONG LIST. i'm gonna send him a check for the master cylinder repair portion because i authorized those repairs and then i'm gonna give him a big hug and kiss when i see him next monday night for all the other stuff.
haahahha, i was so stunned when the guy told me, i was speechless. he said that's what dads are for.
hmmm, yeah, maybe when you're 16. :)
